BRIEF INTRODUCTION

CNJ-5 catalyst is applicable to methanation units for producing SNG, CNG and LNG from the purge gas of COG or methanol plants and other raw materials rich in CO, CO2 and H2.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Strong ability in reforming higher hydrocarbons: It raises the yield of CH4 and could prevent cracking and deposition of multi-carbon hydrocarbons.

Strong de-oxidation ability: It can save de-oxidation process before methanation.

High selectivity and conversion rate: No byproducts are generated. Content of CO and CO2 is low.

Excellent heat resistance: It can be used at 250~700 for a long time without contraction and deformation. When temperatures fluctuate, the catalyst has stable mechanical strength and not easily broken.

High strength and wear resistance: As the catalyst holds high strength and wear resistance, little of it is broken or worn during usage. The catalyst layer can maintain a small and stable pressure difference.
