BRIEF INTRODUCTION

CN-32 catalyst is applicable to the steam reforming process in which ammonia syngas, methanol syngas, city gas or hydrogen is produced from gaseous hydrocarbons containing much higher hydrocarbons in a shell and tube reformer.

CN-32-1 catalyst is packed in the upper part of the reformer tube. CN-32-2 catalyst is packed in the lower part of the reformer tube.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Good reforming activity and stability: As an advanced preparation technology is adopted, the active component is evenly distributed on carrier surfaces. The catalyst has a stable reforming activity.

Stable structure and mechanical strength: As the carrier is treated at high temperatures, the catalyst structure is stable to ensure a sufficient service life.

Resistance against carbon deposition: As CN-32-1 catalyst contains some components against carbon deposition; it can inhibit carbon deposition reactions and promote carbon elimination reactions. The catalyst holds resistance against carbon deposition.

PACKAGING

Plastic bags are used as inner packages. Iron drums or rigid plastic drums are used as outer packages.     

STORAGE & TRANSPORT

During storage, the catalyst should be kept from damp, frost and contamination. It should be handled with care.
