EDO-08 advanced ethylene deoxidation catalyst
EDO-08 catalyst is used for de-oxidation and purification of ethylene-rich feed gas. It can remove trace oxygen in ethylene gas at less than 1×10-6(v/v), meeting technical requirements for production of polymerization – grade ethylene. It is applicable for recovery of concentrated ethylene from dry gas.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

EDO-08 catalyst is used for de-oxidation and purification of ethylene-rich feed gas. It can remove trace oxygen in ethylene gas at less than 1×10-6(v/v), meeting technical requirements for production of polymerization – grade ethylene. It is applicable for recovery of concentrated ethylene from dry gas.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

1. Good de-oxidation activity

A preparation technology is adopted to make the active component have a high dispersity and stability to ensure  de-oxidation activity of the catalyst.

2. Good reaction selectivity and resistance against carbon deposition

Through modification of the active component, reaction of the catalyst is improved and side reactions such as ethylene hydrogenation, cracking and carbon deposition are inhibited to lengthen the catalyst service life.

3. The operation is simple and no activation is needed during use.

PACKAGING

The product is kept in plastic bags, 40kg per bag. Each bag is put into a sealed plastic drum. On the packing drum, producer’s name, product name, specification, batch number and net weight are indicated. Additionally, a quality acceptance certificate is attached.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT

During storage and transport, measures should be taken to ensure packages are in good condition and away from dampness. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilate location.
