Brief introduction

We have developed our own, patented technology for refining coking benzene through hydrogenation-extraction and rectification. It integrates the technologies needed for low-temperature hydrogenation of crude benzene; for preparing the catalysts for hydrogenation, desulfurization, and denitrification of crude benzene; for NFM extraction and rectification; and for preparing compound special solvents.

This technology is mature, reliable, and has a concise, optimal flow process. It requires little investment, is low in energy consumption, high in product quality (pure benzene, toluene, and xylol that meet petrochemical standards), has high yields and less pollution, and meets international standards.

Technical features

1.This technology involves pretreating coking crude benzene before it enters a hydrogenation system, to prevent heavy impurities from entering the hydrogenation system and doing serious damage to the hydrogenation catalyst, lengthening the service life and regeneration cycle of the catalysts, and simplifying the gasification process of hydrogenated materials.

2.The hydrogenation evaporator uses a primary evaporation process and unique polymerization inhibitors, allowing for simplified flow, and no polymerization or coking, and letting the system operate stably.

3.The extracting agent is patented NFM, with a 3-tower (for extraction and rectification, refined benzene, and solvent recovery) refining process flow. The extraction process is very efficient and product quality is stable. The hydrogenation, desulfurization, and denitrification catalyst was independently developed for the hydrogenation, desulfurization, and denitrification of crude benzene and is very active, with a long service life.

4.The rectification process uses a unique extraction and rectification tower, with composite structure and flow. The operation requires easy environment, the flow is reasonable, the amount of investment is cut, and energy consumption is lowered.
